Terms of service
A technical draft of the document. Seller and data controller details are not filled in — the owner supplies them. The owner must review and approve the text before public launch; for now it is not an offer.
Seller and subject
Seller: [legal name, registration/tax number, address and contact — to be supplied by the owner]. Tolmatch grants a simple non-exclusive licence to use the macOS app. Territory and contract formation terms are confirmed before sales begin.
Plans and price
Available plans are Year (a subscription for 1 Mac), Lifetime (one payment, 1 Mac) and Business for teams of 10 or more devices, paid by invoice. The current price is shown on the pricing page and confirmed before payment. API keys and any DeepL, OpenAI or Claude fees are not included in the Tolmatch price.
Free trial
7 days per Mac, once, with no card or registration. Translation pauses after the trial until a paid licence is activated; your settings are kept.
Payment and renewal
Payment takes place on the payment provider page; the Tolmatch site and app never receive card details. Yearly renewal of the Year plan requires separate explicit consent. A reminder email is sent 3 days before the scheduled charge. If the renewal price changes, the new price applies no earlier than 30 days after the notice.
Cancellation and failed payment
You can turn renewal off in your account and keep access until the paid period ends. If a renewal fails, a 7-day grace period applies after the paid period.
Key and activations
One key is activated on one Mac. You can free the slot in your account — up to 3 self-service unlinks per 30 days, after that through support. Reissuing a key deactivates the old key and all its activations. Offline permission is limited to 14 days and the end of the access period.
Refunds and contact
To request a refund, write to support@tolmatch.app from the purchase email. Refunds are reviewed manually; no deadline is promised on the site, and the process is approved by the seller under mandatory legal requirements. After a full refund the key is revoked; an offline permission already issued may remain valid until it expires, up to 14 days.
